Another wasted effort from Hollywood to make a comedy that is actually funny and entertaining. The only really funny moment was William H. Macy saying “Wonderful country, as long as you’re a mushroom” upon arriving in rainy London.

A young Englishman marries the successful American car driver and introduces her to his family… that’s where the fun begins.

Average comedy with Jim Carrey but as opposed to most American comedies this had a few funny scenes at least.

The Art of Negative Thinking is a Norwegian film about a group of physically disabled people that are thinking positively about their lives until they meet someone mastering negative thinking. Interesting approach to a theme that still seems to be considered a taboo in Hollywood.

I didn’t expect another “The Big Lebowski” from the Coen Brothers but I definitely hoped for a better try. This film doesn’t have any bad scenes but it doesn’t have any really good ones either. And dark humour? Well, not really, nothing remotely funny here, just some old clichés.

I didn’t really get this film but at least the main theme by Peter Sarstedt brought back some nice memories.

I don’t think anyone would expect much from a movie with a title like this, so you can’t really end up being disappointed. In fact there’s a few funny moments in this weird love story that makes it worth watching.
